What if I need to make changes to or reschedule my appointment?
Refer to your email confirmation > click Change /Cancel Appointment to make changes up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you need to make changes within 48 hours of your appointment, please email or call/text Nick and we will do the best we can to accommodate you.
What is your cancelation policy?
Appointments may be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please refer to your email confirmation > click Change/Cancel Appointment.
If you need to make changes within 48 hours of your appointment, please email or call/text Nick. You will be charged a $10 administrative fee & refunded the balance.
Is gratuity included in the price?
No, gratuity is not included in the price. We greatly appreciate tips at the time of booking or at the completion of your appointment.
What if I want to book a certain vehicle based on size but itβs not available?
Our booking system is configured based on the number & types of vehicles that are available in our fleet at the time of your booking. If the vehicle you want is booked, try selecting another vehicle that may be available at that time.
Do you offer round-trip service?
All bookings are one way to ensure we can track your flight for an on-time departure or arrival. F
